Enzo, a senior designated hitter on the Lake Oswego baseball team, did it all in the Lakers’ series-opening win over Lakeridge, going 2 for 4 at the plate with two RBIs and one run scored in the Lakers’ 8-3 win over the Pacers at Lakeridge High School on Tuesday, May 6.

Ava Beach

Ava, a junior pitcher on the Lake Oswego softball team, was nearly perfect in her team’s 2-1 win over Tualatin at Tualatin High School on Wednesday, May 7. Ava pitched all seven innings against the Timberwolves, allowing just one unearned run on two hits and two walks while striking out 10.
