It’s no secret that the funding flow needed to educate today’s children is becoming ever more challenging for our school district and our school board. So when my wife, a former teacher and I were deciding on our pick for the May 2025, LO School Board we asked who would better handle those budget challenges. We chose Kasey Adler because the school board is lacking good business heads. Kasey’s experience in business development and his financial acumen are sorely needed. Our hard earned dollars must be carefully stewarded to where they need to go — into the classrooms to educate all students.

Kasey knows why schools exist. He understands that elementary schools should be hyper-focused on building great foundations in reading, writing, mathematics and science. For our older students Kasey wants them inspired to sharpen their own thinking skills, ask probing questions and be curious, so they can best graduate to pursue their own chosen paths. As a coach of numerous youth sports teams he knows what and how to motivate our youth, guiding them along so they develop determination to be their individual best.
